Blueweft

Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 20 October 2026

Blueweft is operated by Marc Rasmussen. These terms govern your use of the Blueweft website, architecture workspace, and related features (the “Service”). Please read them before using the Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you use Blueweft for an organization, you must have authority to act on its behalf.

1. Using the Service

Blueweft helps you design software architecture, document decisions, and prepare implementation handoffs. You are responsible for your use of the Service and for complying with applicable laws. Features may change as the Service develops.

2. Accounts and access

Provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in credentials, and only grant integrations the access you intend to authorize. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Report suspected unauthorized access through the support channel available to you.

3. Your content

You retain your rights to the designs, documents, code, and other content you provide. You grant Blueweft permission to host, process, and display that content only as needed to operate the Service and provide the features you request. You must have the necessary rights to submit content and connect repositories or other services. Keep independent backups of important work.

4. AI features and generated output

AI-generated suggestions, diagrams, code, and documentation may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your intended use. Review and validate output before applying it, executing it, or relying on it. Design validation does not establish that repository code was tested or that a system is secure, compliant, or production-ready.

When you use AI features or integrations, the content needed for your request may be sent to the selected provider. Check the provider’s terms and privacy information before submitting confidential or personal information. Do not submit secrets or content you are not authorized to share.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use the Service to break the law, infringe others’ rights, distribute malicious software, gain unauthorized access, bypass access controls, or disrupt the Service or other users. Do not misrepresent generated output or validation results.

6. Third-party services

Third-party AI providers, identity providers, repositories, and other integrations operate under their own terms. You are responsible for any accounts, permissions, and charges you arrange with those providers. Their availability and behavior may affect connected features.

7. Blueweft’s rights

Blueweft and its licensors retain their rights in the Service, branding, and materials they provide. These terms grant you permission to use the Service; they do not transfer ownership of it. Separate open-source licenses continue to govern any components distributed under those licenses.

8. Fees

Any paid offering must disclose its price, billing period, and applicable cancellation terms before you purchase it. These terms alone do not authorize a charge or create a subscription. Any mandatory refund or cancellation rights remain available.

9. Availability and responsibility

We aim to provide a useful and reliable Service, but cannot promise uninterrupted access or error-free output. To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided on an “as available” basis without additional warranties. You are responsible for reviewing your designs, testing implementations, and deciding whether they meet your requirements.

To the extent permitted by law, Blueweft is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded, or limits your mandatory consumer rights.

10. Suspension and ending use

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address a material breach of these terms, a security risk, or a legal requirement. Where practical and lawful, we will give notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue. Export important work before ending your use of the Service.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes to the Service or legal requirements. We will publish the updated terms and date on this page and provide reasonable notice of material changes where required. Changes will not retrospectively remove accrued rights. Where consent is required by law, we will obtain it.

12. Applicable rights and questions

Applicable law governs these terms. Nothing here prevents you from exercising mandatory protections or bringing a claim in a court available to you under applicable law. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
